StealthGenie (www.stealth-genie.com) is the latest spy app to hit the market. With StealthGenie, anyone who wants to monitor an Android or BlackBerry phone now has another option to choose from. Anyone who has been in the market for either Android or BlackBerry spy software will know that the market is full of a lot of vendors, many (such as the Bluetooth spy software) don’t work as advertised. However, StealthGenie seems like a breath of fresh air. They offer all the “must have” spy features, at a price that keeps them very competitive.
STEALTHGENIE FEATURES
Although StealthGenie is a relative newcomer to the spy phone industry, they’ve managed to launch their spy app with a nice set of features. Most of the time when new spy apps hit the market, you’ll see just the basic features such as reading SMS messages, viewing all logs, and tracking the location of the phone. However, with StealthGenie you get a lot more than just “basic” features. Check them out.
- Record Calls – This StealthGenie feature will record calls made/received from certain numbers. The recordings are then uploaded to your StealthGenie account.
- Alerts on incoming / outgoing Calls to specific numbers – This feature enable you to get alerts when calls are made or received from certain numbers.
- View Call History – This will show you all the calls made and received from specific numbers.
- View SMS - Read all incoming and outgoing SMS messages with this StealthGenie features.
- Receive SMS/Email alerts for specific words in SMS - If you’re a parent who wants to monitor your kids SMS use, this is a perfect feature. You’ll get to set up certain ‘trigger’ words, and then you’ll be alerted when that word is sent or received in an SMS.
- Listen to Phone’s surroundings – This will enable you to listen in on the phone’s surroundings. You’ll be able to listen to anything within a 15 ft radius.
- View Contacts - View contacts that are stored on the phone. New contacts entered are also recorded.
- View all Received/Sent Emails - View all sent and received emails (full contents) when using this StealthGenie feature.
- Receive SMS/Email Alerts for specific words in email - Similar to the SMS alert features, this will enable you to get alerts when certain words are triggered in emails.
- Real Time Tracking - With StealthGenie you can get real-time tracking information on the phone.
- View Photos, Videos, & Music – StealthGenie also enables you to view photos and videos snapped on the phone. You can even see the music that is stored on their phone.
- Appointment and Calender Logging - With this StealthGenie feature, you can view all the appointments and calendar entries.
- SIM Change Notification – If the phone you are monitoring changes their SIM card, StealthGenie will notify you of their new number.
Please Note: The above features are all found on the ‘PRO’ version of StealthGenie. there is a entry level product called the ‘Basic’ that has a few features such as reading SMS messages, viewing call logs, viewing contacts, and reading emails. However, if you want to get all the features listed above, you need to go with the ‘PRO’ version.
SUPPORTED PHONES
StealthGenie can be installed on all Android phones with OS versions 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.0/3.1 and Blackberry phones with OS versions 4.6/4.6.1, 4.7, 5.0, 6.0.

HOW MUCH & WHERE TO BUY?
As mentioned above, StealthGenie comes has a BASIC and PRO version. However, I can’t see why anyone would go with the BASIC version considering the PRO is as little as $4 bucks more a month. If you’re gonna get one of these spy apps, you might as well get the one loaded with features. It’s better to “know” you have those features and can use them, versus “wishing” you had them.
